Well hello!

Welcome to what is hopefully the first blog post of many! So, what’s the big deal? Well, we want to connect with our customers in a way that has been forgotten over the years. A way that allows us to really get to know you, the customer, and vice versa.

So, what are we actually about? It’s an interesting question, and one we get almost daily. I want you to think of that one thing that’s broken. The phone in the back of a drawer, or the iPad that has been cracked so long you don’t even notice anymore. You got one? Good! Because we want to breath life back into those tired and otherwise broken devices. But we understand the main rub. And I can hear you asking it now. “How much?”.

Well, that’s where you’re jaw is going to hit the floor. I started Bits n’ Bobs because of the unbelievable prices out there. Replacing a bit of glass for £200? What?? So we use reclaimed and refurbished parts to save you over 60% compared to other high streets. Cool, right?

We save money in other places too! We don’t have a set location and operate fully online and remote, so there’s no outrageous shop rent or storage fees. We operate using a courier system with full insurance to your devices, and in 6 years, we’ve never had a device lost, broken, or stolen.
